Great Backyard Bird Count – Group Birding Opportunity

To Participate with a group on this Saturday 2/17/24 – Everyone is invited to join John Slottterback for his annual Great Backyard Bird Count weekend walk through Catawissa on Saturday, February 17th at 8:00AM

Meet at the parking lot by the River Bridge, Main Street and South 1st Street. We will wander along the Catawissa Creek, cross rt 42 (Main Street), head to the Hollingshead Covered bridge and then hike back through town to check out the River from the Bridge. Be prepared for an invigorating and fun hike. With all the varied habitats almost any of our winter birds and birder friends are possibilities.
