Pennsylvania Migration Count / Birdathon

The annual Pennsylvania Migration Count is this Saturday, May 11. Information is available on the Pennsylvania Society for Ornithology home page at <pabirds.org>. Look under the “Projects” tab for details. Either enter your local sightings (Union, Snyder, Northumberland, and Montour Counties) sightings into eBird or get them to Allen Schweinsberg (info@sevenmountainsaudubon.org) as the county compiler. This Saturday is also the Birdathon Saturday, a fund-raiser, for Seven Mountains Audubon. Folks have pledged modest amounts for each species observed in our four-county area.
